Not Just Scottish Highland Dance!
I know most of the information found on this website is about our beloved Scottish Highland Dance, and that is what I personally opened the studio to teach. However, we have some very exciting collaborations in the works over at Erin Bartow's Highland Dancing that I wanted to pass along to you.
I have had several questions about the Ballet, Tap, Jazz and Kinderdance classes featured on our schedule. We will be working with NC Dance Factory, led by Allison Colyer to offer these classes to the North Raleigh and surrounding areas. Allison first started dancing when she was 4 years old and began competing in dance at age 13. She danced many styles including ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary and hip hop throughout her life, adding ballroom dance during college. While attending Penn State University, Allison acted as coach and advisor for the town's high school dance team. She strives to help her students gain a love for dance and achieve their goals in a fun and positive atmosphere.
